I’ve worked with many elite athletes in a wide variety of sports ranging from powerlifting, netball, football, sailing, track and rugby. This varied athlete profile has helped me understand that training never has to be set one way, there are multiple roads to getting there.
Consultations are always free, so message me to arrange yours at a time convenient for you.
Prices start from £45 per 60minute session.
This is further reduced to £40 per session if booked in a block of 5.
The biggest reduction in price comes down to £35 per session, if booked in a block of 10.
Blocked plans will also come with a free personalised training plan for you to do outside of our personal training sessions.
Scared to take the plunge alone? Come train with a friend or two, £55 for two people, £65 for three.
