I started training in track and field athletic events from the age of 13, which is what stemmed my original interest in sports performance nutrition and physiology. As I got older and my interest started to shift towards the gym and building impressive physique, I started to learn about how there are complex mechanisms occurring both within rest and exercise that we are unaware of. From years of studying these mechanisms at university and experience of training, I have been able to help clients with aspects such as gut health, injury recovery, competition prep and overall performance within their chosen sport.
I'm a bodybuilder, competing under the NPA (Natural Physique Association) and love experimenting with my own competition prep and reading scientific journals to expand my knowledge and experience.

I’ve worked with a number of clients to transform their physiques using tapered nutrition plans and exercise programmes to achieve their goals and prepare them for competitions. I’ve also worked with sporting athletes from rugby to athletics to prepare them for the competitive season.
What you like most about being an Implexium coach:
Having the opportunity to show/teach athletes the complex mechanisms and mechanics that happen without them even knowing and tapping into their unknown potential.
