This is our training only package with one coach. Your coach will work closely with you in order to create a bespoke training programme with adjustments being made weekly depending on your check in's and feedback. This is great for someone looking to get a little serious about powerlifting.

Fully Comprehensive Training Package
Our flagship training-only package. You will work very closely with TWO coaches in order to reach your goals. The two coaches will collaborate to create a training programme just for you. One coach will take the lead on weekly check ins, building the coach-athlete relationship and making weekly alterations to your training programme based on the previous week. Working with two coaches means you will get the fastest response time and two pairs of eyes on your technique. The training programme is designed to pinpoint your goals as well as target your weaknesses making you more robust as well as put you in the best position as possible to achieve your goals.
